Amtex/Elitespun products can be ordered online or by telephone. If you prefer to place your order by telephone, please call customer service at 905-696-9329 or 866-460-YARN from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday (except for statutory holidays).
Paying for Your Online Order
Once you have placed your order by email, you will be provided with two payment options: (1) online credit card purchase, and (2) submit order online for invoicing.
Online credit card purchases
Amex/Elitespun products can be purchased online by VISA, MasterCard or Discovery.
Pricing is in Canadian or US Dollars
Orders submitted online
Customers will be invoiced for orders submitted by email. Invoices will be sent within two days of the goods have been shipped. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, money order or cheque (made payable to Amtex). Orders will be shipped after payment has been received.
Please Note: For NSF cheques or cheques stopped for payment, a penalty of $40 will be payable immediately to cover our administrative expenses.
Disputes
In case of quantity/pricing disputes surrounding online orders/purchases, the financial details of transactions as recorded in Amtex/Elitespun application will be considered the information of record.
Misprints
In the event that an error appears in the pricing of an item , we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site or by email.
