After submitting your application, you should hear back from us within 1-2 business days.
What is the minimum order amount to qualify for wholesale?
Our minimum order is 10lbs. This can be made up of any combination of our products (undyed hanks/cones, pencil roving, tops, and sock blanks).
Do you ship to the US?
Absolutely! While our mill is in Canada, we have a warehouse in the US which ensures fast delivery times and competitive freight prices for our American customers!
How do I get a sample set or price list?
After your wholesale account is opened, you'll receive an email from your Elitespun sales rep who will be happy to send you any information you require and get a sample set out for you to try.
Is it necessary to provide my Credit Card information in the application?
No, you are welcome to leave the credit card info section blank. Most of our customers like to keep a credit card on file with us so we can charge their card directly and have orders shipped as soon as possible. However, we have an online payment portal where you can enter your payment information yourself and complete your order once you receive a payment confirmation. Any information submitted through this form will be sent over a secure server (if you'd like to confirm this, you can check for a Lock symbol next to our URL address in your browser's address bar).
How do I get yarn custom spun for me?
After opening an account with us, you can speak to your sales rep about having a custom yarn made just for you. The minimum order for custom spun yarns is 50lbs, and we usually need a 2-3 week lead time to spin, provided we have raw fibres in stock.
