Does the new website change how orders are processed?
Nope! The website is just an added tool for your convenience. Our production and order fulfillment processes remain exactly the same.
How do I set up my online account?
If you have an existing wholesale account with us, go to this page and enter your information. Under "Company Information", the Customer Number and Zip/Postal Code must match what we have on file. You can find your customer number in the top corner of any Invoice you've received from us, or in the email you received when your wholesale account was approved. Please enter the text portion of your customer number (i.e. if your customer number is 10-YARN, enter YARN) and the primary ZIP/Postal Code you have provided for your account. If you're not sure of your information, just send us an email and we'll confirm it for you! The email you use as your login will only be for logging into the website. All system notifications (sales order confirmations, invoices, etc) will still be sent to the email address you initially provided to us. To avoid overwriting our customer database, if you need to update your email address in our system, please write us an email and we can amend it for you.
The website shows I have no stored payment methods, but I've given you my credit card information before.
You will need to re-enter your credit card information on the website as any previously saved credit card details are encrypted in our accounting system and we cannot re-enter them into the website for you. You will only need to enter payment info once and it will be saved to your online account for all future orders. You can add/delete multiple payment cards through the website as needed.
Can I see my order history?
Yes! You can access one year’s worth of order history through your online account. If you need records that go further back, feel free to email us and we’ll be happy to help.
Do I have to order online?
Not at all. You can still place your order by phone, email, order form, fax, or in person—whatever works best for you.
How do I edit my order?
If you've already placed an order and need to make a change, just email us at orders@amtexyarns.com and we’ll make sure your updates reach the production team before it’s packed.
Can I rush an order?
We work on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you’re in a rush, please let us know when placing your order—we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
Can I still get a PDF price list?
Definitely! All information on the website will match the price list. However, we will continue to keep the softcopy price list for those who prefer to have a printable version. You can download a copy from the My Account page or send us an email and we'll forward a copy.
