We ship worldwide via FedEx, Canada Post, and UPS
All orders include tracking
Typical fulfillment time: up to 7 business days
Responsibility remains with Elitespun until delivery unless customer arranges their own shipping

Return Policy

Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery. Email info@elitespun.com or contact your sales rep to request return authorization.

Returns are only accepted with written permission
Items must be unaltered and in original, saleable condition
Custom, clearance, end-of-lot, or seconds products are final sale

Refunds & Credits

Refunds or store credit are offered for approved returns
We cover return shipping if the error is ours (e.g. wrong or defective item)
If the return is due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and approval is at Elitespun’s discretion

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
