How long does it take to open a wholesale account?
After submitting your application, you should hear back from us within 1–2 business days.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
Our minimum order is 10 lb. This can be made up of any combination of our products (undyed hanks and cones, pencil roving, tops and sock blanks).
Do you ship to the US?
Absolutely! While our mill is in Canada, we ship all over the United States and are registered with US CBP for tariff-free expedited customs processing.
How do I get a sample set or price list?
Once your wholesale account is open, you will have access to the online wholesale ordering portal and receive an email from your Elitespun sales rep, who will be happy to send you any information you need and get a sample set out for you to try.
Can you custom spin a yarn for me?
Yes. After opening an account, speak to your sales rep about a custom yarn made just for you. Custom yarns have higher minimums depending on the fibres and blend, and we usually need a 5-7 week lead time to spin, provided we have the raw fibre in stock. You can also send us a custom milling inquiry .
